From fermented drinks to luxury-led packaging, the report showed how the zero-alc movement is reframing the narrative: it's no longer about what’s missing, but what’s gained—clarity, control, and a new kind of confidence. It drew from behavioral insights, cultural signals, and brand case studies to guide clients on building relevance in a category that’s not just growing—but evolving fast.
